The Whisky Distilleries of the United Kingdom

Barnard went on a journey with several of his friends and visited every distillery in Scotland, England and Ireland, 150 distilleries in total. The results of his tour were written up in the Harper's Gazzet where Barnard worked at the time and then they were published in this book which includes entries on names which still inspire the whisky connoisseur to this day - Bowmore, Glenlivet, Highland Park, Macallan and Talisker - as well as others.
