A 2024 release from the Lakes distillery, produced for inclusion in the Whiskymakers Edition series. This series has a variety or releases, different each time, all curated by Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess.
This release for the Italian market is called Liguria, after the beautiful region on the North West Italian coast. Produced in collaboration with London's Bacchanalia resteraunt, they have used a blend of ex-Oloroso & PX Sherry to create a flavour profile that reminds them of the rustic sophistication of the region.

The Lakes Distillery, nestled in the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Lake District in Cumbria, England, represents a modern approach to whisky production with a strong artistic ethos. Founded in 2011 by Paul Currie, previously of Arran Distillers, and opened in 2014, it's located in a meticulously renovated 160-year-old farmstead on the banks of the River Derwent. This distillery is known for its focus on flavor creation, exploring the intersection of art, science, and nature in spirit production.
