The Quatrefoil Collection provides a unique opportunity to experience individual flavours derived from specific oak species and sherry varieties.
Each bottle within the Quatrefoil Collection highlights the individual flavours, which, when blended together reflects the house style of The Lakes Single Malt. The collection showcases our distinctive sherry-led maturation philosophy, demonstrating the wide flavour spectrum the use of American or Spanish oak can offer.
The entire collection (limited to only 1,000 collections worldwide) is bottled at 55% ABV or above and non-chill filtered to offer a richer mouthfeel and full depth of flavour.
This release - Faith - is number 1 of 4, matured initially in American & Spanish oak casks seasoned with Bourbon & Oloroso. This was followed by a second maturation in PX Hogshead made up of American & Spanish Oak. Bottled at 56.5% ABV at natural colour.

The Lakes Distillery, nestled in the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Lake District in Cumbria, England, represents a modern approach to whisky production with a strong artistic ethos. Founded in 2011 by Paul Currie, previously of Arran Distillers, and opened in 2014, it's located in a meticulously renovated 160-year-old farmstead on the banks of the River Derwent. This distillery is known for its focus on flavor creation, exploring the intersection of art, science, and nature in spirit production.

How can I bid on the auctions?
You’ll need an account with us to place bids in any auction. Registration takes 60 seconds and there’s a small £5.00 registration fee, payable by credit or debit card. Once paid, you will be registered and can place bids in the auction immediately. The registration fee helps us ensure you’re a real person and a genuine bidder.
Why does the timer extend on a lot?
In the interest of fairness, any bids placed in the final five minutes of a particular lot will extend the end time of that Lot by 15 minutes. We believe in giving our customers a fair amount of time to increase their bid should they wish. Last second sniping isn’t in the spirit of our auctions and by using this system there is no benefit to doing so.

Selling Whisky should be a pleasurable experience not a complicated one! We've broken down the process into a few easy-to follow steps.
The first step is to get your whisky to us. We can help with courier collections, or you can arrange transport yourself. Once at Just Whisky, we’ll handle photography and description of your lots and enter your whisky into our auction. We take payment, then pay you within 14 days of the auction end date.
