Distilled at the English distillery The Lakes, this single malt named 'Faith' is the first of four bottles making up their Quarterfoil collection.
The Quarterfoil collection is a set of whiskies designed to showcase different individual flavours which make up The Lakes distillery's house style. The overall collection is limited to only 1000 produced.
Specifically, Faith is matured in Spanish & American oaks casks seasoned with Bourbon and Oloroso. Then there is a second maturation period in PX Sherry Hogsheads made of Spanish & American Oak.

The Lakes Distillery, nestled in the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Lake District in Cumbria, England, represents a modern approach to whisky production with a strong artistic ethos. Founded in 2011 by Paul Currie, previously of Arran Distillers, and opened in 2014, it's located in a meticulously renovated 160-year-old farmstead on the banks of the River Derwent. This distillery is known for its focus on flavor creation, exploring the intersection of art, science, and nature in spirit production.
