The Lakes

Distilled at the Lakes English distillery, this elegant set of seven 20cl single malts has been released to showcase the interaction between the Lakes distillate and a variety of different styles of Sherry cask. The sherrys that have been used include Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Cream, PX, and Oloroso. All of the other variables that create flavour in the final single malt have been kept identical, from Oak type and cask size to warehousing conditions and bottling ABV. This pack also includes a guidebook that gives you insight into the types of sherry casks that have been used for maturation.
