About this bottle
A older bottling from the famous whisky and real ales destination in Morningside, Edinburgh. The Canny Man has been on the corner of Canaan Lane and Morningside Road since 1871, although was oringinally named The Volunteer's Rest by the first James Kerr to own the building. The Kerr family has blended and bottled whisky with a solid reputation throughout the pubs history. The original Volunteer’s Rest seal is used to authenticate each bottle. They are also numbered and signed personally by Mr. Kerr and bottles are not generally for sale anymore.
