Sun Shine 20 Years Old

This is a hidden gem single malt whisky which was distilled over 20 years ago by Wakatsuru Shozou Distillery, one of the long-established but not well known Japanese distilleries.

Wakatsuru Distillery obtained a license to distil whisky in 1953 and has been producing a small amount of whisky on and off since then. Although some Ji-whisky companies would just import unblended whiskies from Scotland and just blend, bottle and sell them, this is a single malt whisky made at their own distillery.
