Distilled at Stillgarden in Dublin, this gin is Ireland's first community funded fin. Along with a traditional pot still, this gin uses vacuum distillation. Botanicals - Botanicals include Juniper, Mint, Lavender, Rosehips, Orris, Caraway, Cardamom, Lemon Zest, Rowan Berry, Cubeb, Angelica, Licorice, Black Pepper & Lime Peel.
