Speyside 24 Years Old

Douglas Laing's Single Minded series is a range of Small Batch Single Malts from across a variety of Scotch Whisky regions. Each is bottled exactly the way the distiller intended: without colouring or chill-filtration. This expression, a Speyside 24 Years Old is from FDL's (Fred Douglas Laing, founder of Douglas Laing & Co in 1948) favourite Speyside Distillery. It is attractively sweet and honeyed on the nose with a fresh citric quality and notes of spiced toffee. The palate is sweet with butterscotch and spiced, macerated raisins, with a beautifully long, warm and spicy finish.
