About this bottle
For this Fourth Release in The Redbreast Dream Cask collection, our vision was to create a whiskey that both compares and contrasts to the previous year’s edition, 29 years in the making, matured in Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and Ruby Port casks which were then married and re-casked in an Oloroso Sherry Butt for a dream ending.
This Special edition is one of ronly 924 individually numbered bottles sold via a ballot exclusive to Birdhouse members only.
