About this bottle
The Isle of Raasay distillery began distilling in September 2017. It takes three years of maturation before they can call their spirit 'whisky'. This means they will be bottling their first whisky in 2020.
While waiting for the new Raasay whisky, they have crafted a single malt, aptly called 'While We Wait'. That demonstrates their whisky making skills and offers a tantalizing taste of whats to come.
