Puni Nova

Puni distillery was founded in 2010 by Albrecht Ebensperger whose great enthusiasm and passion for the Scottish water of life lead him to create the first ever Italian distillery. Situated in the midst of the Alps, near the Ortler mountain range just outside the small town of Glurns in the Vinschgau valley. The 'Highlands of Italy' the perfect place for creating an extraordinary whisky. Nova is a pure expression of Puni innovative approach to whisky making and was matured in American and European white oak barrels for three years. Puni is now a multi-award winning distillery - Double Gold at the 2016 San Fransisco World Spirits Competition, Worlds Best Design at the 2016 World Whiskies Awards and the Silver Award for Outstanding Quality at the International Wine & Spirit Competition (to name but a few). Only 977 individually numbered bottles to be produced.
