About this bottle
A single malt 26-year-old rumoured to be Macallan. Bottled by Singular Fine & Rare Whiskies of the newly established Glasgow Distillery.
Named after the ancient Greek character Prometheus, who was famously punished by Zeus by being tied to a rock and having an eagle (a symbol of Zeus) eat his liver. Each night the liver would grow back and the eagle would return and eat it again the next day. Lovely!
