Penelope Project X Rye Whiskey

A highly limited Penelope Project X Special Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey, selected exclusively for the British Bourbon Society’s 10th Anniversary in collaboration with Gerry’s Wines & Spirits. This exceptional single-barrel release is crafted from 95% rye whiskey, initially matured in a heavily toasted, new oak barrel before receiving an indulgent finish in Maple Brûlée casks from Tonnellerie Moreau in Quebec, Canada. The distinctive finishing cask brings an extra layer of rich sweetness and dessert-like character to the naturally spicy profile of the rye.
