About this bottle
Miyagikyo the second distillery of Nikka, the most subtle and least peated of Nikka Single Malts, is a true expression of refinement. This version of Miyagikyo single malt has been matured for a minimum of 15 years in oak casks before it was bottled. Official bottling from the Yoichi Distillery which is owned by Nikka Whisky, the first distillery of Nikka in Hokkaido. Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka selected this place because of its cool climate and natural environment like Scotland.
