M&H Distillery, under the guidance of Head Distiller Tomer Goren and with the initial consultation of the late Dr. Jim Swan, a renowned whisky expert, focuses on creating single malt whisky that echoes the rich traditions of Scottish whisky-making while embracing the unique environmental conditions of Israel.
