About this bottle
Komagatake made its debut at the 2015 Whisky Festival in Tokyo and is part of the 'Nature of Shinshu range' named - Rindo.
Mars Shinshu is actually Hombo Shuzo's third domestic distillery and a notable member of the small collection of indie distilleries still found across Japan. In order, the company's three plants have been the Yamanashi Distillery (1960-1969), the Mars Kagoshima Distillery (1978-1984) and the current Mars Shinshu Distillery (1985-1992 and 2011-present).
