Macallan Rich Cacao & Intense Arabica

From Macallan, this lot contains both the Rich Cacao and the Intense Arabica release from the Harmony Collection. Each release in this limited annual series draws inspiration from The Macallan's deep-rooted connection to the natural world. Each release in the collection unveils distinctive packaging that incorporates organic by-products and gives them new life.  From the first release of the Harmony Collection, the Rich Cacao was a collaboration between renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca of three Michelin-star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca with the intention of bringing the worlds of chocolate and whisky to life. Crafted from a harmonious combination of European and American oak casks, this rich single-malt whisky pairs perfectly with fine chocolates for an elevated tasting experience. The Intense Arabica, from the second release, draws inspiration from the Ethiopian Coffee bean. Ethiopia is claimed to be the birthplace of coffee as the Arabica bean was the first species of coffee to be cultivated. This whisky exudes flavors of sweet oak, tiramisu and dark chocolate, providing an excellent coffee pairing experience.
