A quaich is a traditional drinking cup, with origins tracing back to the wild Scottish Highlands. Known as Scotland's 'cup of friendship,' quaichs have been used for centuries as tokens of hospitality and trust. The Macallan Quaich is a shallow pewter bowl with two handles and The Macallan coat of arms engraved in the bottom of the cup. The coat of arms can be seen on a gantry near to the old still house and on older bottlings from The Macallan.
