About this bottle
This single cask Jamaican rum was pot distilled at Long Pond in 2009 using Molases, then matured for 12 years. 8 Years of maturing was tropical aging in Bourbon casks, then continental aging for 4 years in Ferrand casks including a 7 month finishing period in a Spanish Orange Wine Cask. Bottled by Plantation Rum in 2022 at cask strength after being selected for Milroys of Soho.
