Long Pond 3 Years Old 2019 STC♥E

This rum was distilled at the Jamaican Rum distillery Long Pond in 2019 using the famous John Dore Pot stills, under the mark STC♥E used by Long Pond to identify a rum with a high ester content of 550-700gr/hlpa. This is a discontinued form of distillation.  This rum has then been fully tropically matured for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks at Long Pond with a angels' share of over 22% before being bottled by the highly regarded Italian independent bottler Habitation Velier. Bottled at natural strength of 60%, without the addition of sugars or caramel colouring.
