About this bottle
London single malt whisky from the last remaining stock from the defunct London Distillery. Established in 2011 as the first distillery in the capital city in over 100 years. Sadly the distillery fell into administration in 2020, but has been bought by Gleann Mor Spirits in 2025 with the production team being established and headed up by Matt McKay, formerly of Bimber distillery from across the town. This whisky celebrates this new chapter , The Renascence, "The Revival" of the distillery. Taken from refill bourbon and 1st fill sherry casks, one of only 410 bottles filled in April 2025.
