About this bottle
A French single malt from Ferme-Distillerie de Faronville in the Beauce region, produced from Laureate barley grown on the family estate, malted locally before being mashed and distilled at the farm using a Stupfler still. Faronville controls production from its own fields through to maturation and bottling.
Terre de St Vincent is matured for around 3½ years in ex-Bourbon and Banyuls casks, combining orchard and stone-fruit character with nuts, chocolate, vanilla and spice. It is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration.
