About this bottle
With the whisky expertise of the Wemyss family, the distillery was opened on St Andrews Day 30th November 2014 and to celebrate the first anniversary in 2015, the Founders' Club was born.
This Founders' Reserve is one of five annual releases bottled solely for the pleasure of the Kingsbarns Founders' Club members. This is the fifth release, launched in 2022 which was bottled at 7 years old from ex-Oloroso American Oak Sherry Butts, yielding 3000 bottles.
