About this bottle
Distilled at Killowen distillery in Northern Ireland, this expression has been mature for five years initially in bourbon casks. The spirit has then been split into dark rum casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry butts before being married together. It was then bottled at 55% limited to just 660 bottles.
