XR21 is created using an extremely rare 3-stage blending method. Casks of now-silent Port Dundas are selected and allowed to marry together, mature whiskies from american oak casks are added to further develop the complex core. Finally classic single malts are added for layers of rich fruit and malt flavours. Mortlach and Cardhu single malts are included. Born in Scotland and now living in London, Philip Colbert is often referred to as the "Godson of Andy Warhol". Colbert has created a global following for his lobster persona and his masterful hyper pop history paintings. His work powerfully explores the patterns of contemporary digital culture and its relationship to a deeper art historical dialogue. "I became an artist when I became a lobster" says Colbert.
