An unusual experiment using heavily roasted barley with notes of rich coffee and intense dark chocolate, intense and bold with punchy notes. Warming flavours of roasted malt and spicy wood. ER1 25507 - 43.2%
Rum Cask Finish
A relaxed and easy going dram, tingling layers of exotic fruits, sweetness and spice. Finished in whisky casks conditioned by previously maturing Caribbean pot still rum. RCF1 29653 - 40.8%
