Espresso Roast
An unusual experiment using heavily roasted barley with notes of rich coffee and intense dark chocolate, intense and bold with punchy notes. Warming flavours of roasted malt and spicy wood. ER1 25505 - 43.2%
Red Rye Finish
Inspired by the bold flavours of American whiskeys this is a carefully judged experiment in Scotch whisky flavour, using a small number of malt and grain whiskies exclusively drawn from first fill ex-bourbon casks. Finished up for 6 months in ex-rye casks for a perfect balance of intense sweetness, layered fresh fruit and spice. RR2 349131
