Jack Daniel's Single Barrel

Overlooking Jack Daniel's Distillery in Tennessee you would find the barrelhouses that hold the barrels, each barrel develops a slightly different character. Head Distiller Jimmy Bedford tastes each whiskey and sets aside those barrels whose contents he feels have aged to perfection. The whiskey is then hand-bottled, a barrel at a time, never mixing it with whiskey from other barrels.

Each bottle of this limited quantity stock has been marked with a rick number, barrel number and date of bottling.
