The Hearach Croft Strength is a robust, 52% ABV expression of the distillery’s flagship single malt scotch whisky. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and oloroso and fino sherry butts. Lightly peated, non-chill filtered, and free from artificial colouring.
Only available in UK duty-free outlets, this new-for-2025 dram offers a bolder taste of the island, crafted especially for those seeking something exclusive and deeply rooted in the elemental nature of Harris. Launched on the 2nd of July 2025 in global travel retail outlets at Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow airports.
Taking its name and inspiration from the small farm ‘crofts’ worked by the crofters of Harris – people who have lived in harmony with the harsh island elements for generations – this higher-strength release showcases the deeper complexities of the spirit.

How can I bid on the auctions?
You’ll need an account with us to place bids in any auction. Registration takes 60 seconds and there’s a small £5.00 registration fee, payable by credit or debit card. Why does the timer extend on a lot?
In the interest of fairness, any bids placed in the final five minutes of a particular lot will extend the end time of that Lot by 15 minutes. We believe in giving our customers a fair amount of time to increase their bid should they wish. Last second sniping isn’t in the spirit of our auctions and by using this system there is no benefit to doing so.

Once at Just Whisky, we’ll handle photography and description of your lots and enter your whisky into our auction. We take payment, then pay you within 14 days of the auction end date.
