About this bottle
This single malt was aged for 8 years in ten hogsheads after being distilled in 2013 at an undisclosed Islay distillery. In 2021, North Star Spirits bottled it under the enigmatic South Star label.
Iain Croucher established North Star Spirits in Glasgow in 2016. Since then, they have established a solid reputation for producing excellent small-batch and single-cask whiskies, along with the highly acclaimed Vega and Spica blends.
