'Pineapple Bananza' In collaboration with Dunville’s, this triple-distilled Irish single malt is matured in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. The nose offers a bright, layered bouquet of pear drops, green melon, sherry-soaked fruits, and subtle chocolate, with hints of orange zest and tinned pineapple. On the palate, it’s smooth and complex, featuring orange-liqueur coffee, chocolate lime, mandarin, and tropical fruits. With water, decadent notes of marzipan, blackcurrant, dried cherry, and polished leather emerge, while the palate bursts with melon, pineapple, and banana bread, finishing rich, fruity, and indulgent.
