Indri Distillery, officially known as Piccadilly Distillery, is a pioneering Indian whisky producer located in the village of Indri in Haryana, near the foothills of the Himalayas. It is best known for creating Indri-Trini: The Three Wood, one of India’s first triple wood single malts, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, French wine, and Pedro Ximénez casks.
