Inchdairnie Ryelaw 2017

Ryelaw is a single-distillery Scotch Whisky made with 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. It is milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, and matured at Inchdairnie Distillery in Glenrothes, Fife.  This inaugural Ryelaw bottling from Inchdairnie was distilled in 2017 in a Lomond Hill Still, then matured in new oak casks (Char No.3) before being bottled in 2022. Ryelaw is the only whisky in the world that is made using Rye and distilled using a Lomond Hill still.
