About this bottle
A unique whisky which was distilled at the Fife-based distillery Inchdairnie in January 2017, then matured for 7 years in Palo Cortado and Refill casks. All 390 bottles were captured on February 2024 as the first batch in the Sample Room Range, all marked as Duty Paid samples.
The 'Pitkevy' spirit style from Inchdairnie is lightly peated single malt. This has been captured at natural cask strength 58.5% ABV, without chill-filtration or the addition of colour. It is described as having notes of 'Gentle smokiness, Malty sweetness, and Fruit Richness'.
