Hicks & Healey 9 Years Old Single Cask

Cornwall's first single malt whiskey in 300 years, the realisation of a partnership born from a handshake between two local, forward-thinking independent family businesses, St Austell Brewery and Healey's. The stills began producing spirit in 2004, this particular bottling contains spirit distilled in 2009. This single cask Cornish Whiskey was matured for 9 years before being bottled in 2018 at natural strength. Individually numbered bottles. Housed in a fine display case alongside a couple of branded Glencairn nosing glasses.
