The bottle design of Hibiki Japanese Harmony 100th Anniversary Edition is inspired by Suntory's relentless pursuit of quality, ingenuity, and expressiveness – rooted in “Monozukuri” craftsmanship and Japanese culture. A celebration of Suntory Whisky's centennial milestone, the design features a bridge with the traditional Japanese art of Setsugekka – snow, moon and flowers to showcase the passing of seasons. The bridge is a connection to each of the four seasons connecting our past and future, in the hope that tradition and history won’t be forgotten, always to be respected as we look forward. The unique 24-faceted bottle represents 24 hours in a day, with 24 Japanese seasons in a year.

Hibiki
Hibiki whisky, crafted by Suntory, is a celebration of Japanese artistry and precision. Known for its intricate blending process, Hibiki offers a symphony of flavors that harmoniously blend various malt and grain whiskies aged in different casks. Each sip of Hibiki reveals layers of complexity, with notes of honeyed sweetness, subtle spices, and a whisper of floral elegance, all underpinned by a smooth, lingering finish. Whether it's the Hibiki Harmony, with its delicate balance, or the more aged expressions like Hibiki 21, this whisky encapsulates the essence of time, tradition, and the meticulous pursuit of perfection.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I bid on the auctions?
You’ll need an account with us to place bids in any auction. Registration takes 60 seconds and there’s a small £5.00 registration fee, payable by credit or debit card. Once paid, you will be registered and can place bids in the auction immediately. The registration fee helps us ensure you’re a real person and a genuine bidder.
Why does the timer extend on a lot?
In the interest of fairness, any bids placed in the final five minutes of a particular lot will extend the end time of that Lot by 15 minutes. We believe in giving our customers a fair amount of time to increase their bid should they wish. Last second sniping isn’t in the spirit of our auctions and by using this system there is no benefit to doing so.
