Suntory’s Hibiki 21-Year-Old “Kacho Fugetsu” is a stunning limited edition presented in its iconic bottle, specially redecorated to celebrate the spirit of Japan. Created in 1989, Hibiki has become one of the world’s most celebrated blends, achieving global recognition for its elegance, balance, and complexity — famously featured in the film Lost in Translation.
This edition pays tribute to Fujisan (Mount Fuji), Japan’s highest peak at 3,776 meters, reflecting the majesty and cultural significance of the mountain. The bottle itself is a work of art: its 24 facets represent the traditional Japanese “Sekki” calendar, an ancient system dividing the year into 24 seasons, honouring nature’s rhythm and the passing of time — a fitting symbol for a whisky aged over two decades.
The Kacho Fugetsu edition combines Suntory’s masterful blending with exquisite presentation, making it not only a whisky of exceptional quality but also a collector’s piece that embodies Japanese heritage, artistry, and reverence for nature.
Hibiki
Hibiki whisky, crafted by Suntory, is a celebration of Japanese artistry and precision. Known for its intricate blending process, Hibiki offers a symphony of flavors that harmoniously blend various malt and grain whiskies aged in different casks. Each sip of Hibiki reveals layers of complexity, with notes of honeyed sweetness, subtle spices, and a whisper of floral elegance, all underpinned by a smooth, lingering finish. Whether it's the Hibiki Harmony, with its delicate balance, or the more aged expressions like Hibiki 21, this whisky encapsulates the essence of time, tradition, and the meticulous pursuit of perfection.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I bid on the auctions?
You’ll need an account with us to place bids in any auction. Registration takes 60 seconds and there’s a small £5.00 registration fee, payable by credit or debit card. Once paid, you will be registered and can place bids in the auction immediately. The registration fee helps us ensure you’re a real person and a genuine bidder.
Why does the timer extend on a lot?
In the interest of fairness, any bids placed in the final five minutes of a particular lot will extend the end time of that Lot by 15 minutes. We believe in giving our customers a fair amount of time to increase their bid should they wish. Last second sniping isn’t in the spirit of our auctions and by using this system there is no benefit to doing so.
