Distilled at Glasgow distillery on the 31st of October 2017, matured in a single Oloroso Hogshead until the guid folk fae Little Brown Dog, (LBD) bottled it on the 1st of November 2024. At natural cask strength and without any adulteration from colouring or chill-filtration type shenanigans.
Glasgow distillery was established at Hillington in 2012, named after the original distillery founded in 1770 which closed in 1902. The first spirit ran from the stills on the 5th of March 2015. They have been releasing whisky from 2018 to rave reviews and awards from all over the world. The distillery doesn't allow just anyone to bottle their whisky and so only the very best independent bottlers gain access. The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Claxton's, Fragrant Drop's & now Little Brown Dog to name but the best.
The label is a tribute to (arguably) the greatest ever music venue, the Barrowland Ballroom. As far as LBD push a sherry bomb, this is big bold whisky and suits the style of spirit. Winter is here!! Anyone want some sherry bomb whisky in their lives??
Long since sold out this was a smash hit with those lucky enough to grab one of only 339 bottles produced.

How can I bid on the auctions?

We believe in giving our customers a fair amount of time to increase their bid should they wish. Last second sniping isn’t in the spirit of our auctions and by using this system there is no benefit to doing so.
