English Whisky Company 2007

This bottle of whisky has been selected by Andrew Nelstrop, MD of the English Whisky Co.Ltd and David Fitt the Master Distiller; they believe it is a truly unique and exceptional whisky. This is a single malt whisky (from Malt produced by Crisps of Great Ryeborough in Norfolk) and it was distilled by Iain Henderson on 13th July 2007. It was filled and matured at St.George's Distillery in a 1st fill cask that had previously held Oloroso Sherry and is known as Cask No. 838. The bottle was decanted on the 6th of August 2017. The bottle is made particularly rare and special as it is the first 10-year-old English Single Malt known to have been made available to the public in over a century.  Bottled a 60.4% ABV and distilled using unpeated spirit.
