Blackadder Raw Cask is carefully bottled as it is drawn from the cask retaining all its natural cask strength as well as all its natural cask sediments, oils and fats, thus ensuring the maximum possible natural flavour.
This particular whisky has an incredibly dark colour and was distilled at The English Whisky Co on the 12th November 2007. It was matured in Moscatel Wine Cask number 789 then bottled in May 2015. Each of the 248 bottles from the cask were numbered.
