About this bottle
Dingle is a new Irish distillery, named after the town in which it's based on the South West coast of Ireland. Established in 2012 they are a small operation, producing only 2 casks per day.
This is Batch No.2 of their small batch release series which was matured exclusively in Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Casks. Non-chill filtered.
