Dahomey Dutch Whisky

The inaugural Single Estate release from Distilleerderij De Bronckhorst in the Achterhoek, Netherlands. Dahomey is produced as a genuine estate whisky, with the distillery growing its own grain and carrying out the entire process in-house, from harvesting and brewing through fermentation, distillation and maturation; the estate also uses its rare Dahomey cattle as part of its natural farming system. Distilled on 12 February 2018 and bottled on 1 May 2021, Batch 1 was drawn from cask A359 with just 375 bottles released.
