- Daftmill 12 Years Old 2006 - Summer Batch Release (3 cl) : This is a limited edition Summer batch (First) release, which was distilled shortly after opening in 2006, one of only 1665 bottles released Summer 2018. Harvested from the farm's Dam Park and Curling Pond fields on 31st August 2004.
- Daftmill 2006 - Winter Release (3 cl) : This is a limited edition winter batch (Second) release which was distilled shortly after opening in 2006, one of only 1625 bottles. This release contains whisky from 6 first fill Bourbon barrels. Cask 080/2006, 081/2006, 082/2006, 083/2006, 084/2006, 085/2006 which were filled on the 16th December 2006.
- Daftmill 2007 - Winter Release (3 cl) : This is a limited edition winter batch (Third) release, bottled in 2019, is made up of seven first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels. Cask 023/2007 024/2007 025/2007 027/2007 032/2007 035/2007 and 038/2007 which were filled and distilled on November 2007. Only 1785 bottles released.

Chances are you may have heard of this Fife farm distillery, but have never seen a bottle at retail? That’s because of huge consumer demand versus the small production from farmer and distiller, Francis Cuthbert, who focuses on quality, not quantity. Founded in 2005, Daftmill unlike many distilleries, waited until the whisky was ready. The inaugural bottle arrived 12 years later and since then we’ve seen a variety of single casks and seasonal batch releases entitled Summer and Winter. Distributed by Berry Brothers & Rodd based in London, the Lowland charms of Daftmill revive memories of Rosebank. The distillery takes terroir to another level with the farmer growing, distilling and maturing the whisky on the farm that started the whole process. It’s a very traditional Scottish model, lost in today’s world of efficiencies and scale. Daftmill is sought after and celebrated for some excellent whiskies.
