Cù Dhub (often written “Cu Dhub”) is a Scottish liqueur-style whisky made from a blend of Scotch whisky, blackberries, and natural flavourings. The name comes from the Gaelic for “black dog.” It is produced in Speyside by the Speyside Distillers Company and is designed as a sweeter, lower-strength whisky-based liqueur rather than a traditional single malt or blended Scotch.
