About this bottle
Cotswolds single malt whisky is made in small batches using 100% floor malted local barley. Long fermentations and double pot distillation, followed by maturation in premium oak barrels.
The inaugural release from The Cotswolds Distillery is a run of 4000 bottles using 2013 Odyssey barley from Bradwell Grove Farm.
