About this bottle
This collaborative release between Compass Box & Bimber explores the symmetry and contrast between sherry-matured whiskies and heavily peated malts. Components from England and Scotland have been fused to combine/contrast youth and maturity with texture and intensity.
The Compass Box release takes Bimber's single malt, aged in PX-sherry seasoned casks, and combines it with smoky Ardbeg and "teaspooned" Caol Ila single malts. 1,050 bottles at 52% abv.
