About this bottle
This is the inaugural whisky release from Circumstance Distillery in Bristol, England.
Single grain whisky produced from both malted and unmalted barley, fermented with French Saison yeast and matured for 37 months in ex-bourbon cask.
Aromas of scrumpy cider, lemon zest and milk chocolate. Hay-like sweetness with cream soda and delicate spice on the palate with a zesty finish.
