About this bottle
Cihuatan Cinabrio is a rum crafted as an homage to Kinich Ahau, the Mayan god of the sun. The name "Cinabrio" is inspired by the colour red, which was crafted by the ancient Maya using the mineral Cinabrio (cinnabar). Red is Tlaloc's sacred colour and regarded as a good omen.
The rum is aged for 12 years in American Oak ex-bourbon barrels.
