About this bottle
A small batch rum produced at an undisclosed Panamanian distillery (rumoured to be Varela Hermanos). This molasses based rum has been matured in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in Portuguese Moscatel casks, with a 3 year of maturation being Tropical.
Bottled by Mezan under the name 'Chiriqui' for their Untouched Rum series, without colouring, filtration or addition of sugar.
